Personalised wallpaper

• Do you have products in stock or ready for delivery?
  We do not have products in stock, each graphic wallpaper is produced and adapted specifically for each customer. Normally we ask about 14 working days to produce the work. 

 

• What are the production and delivery times?

      Our production time is a maximum of 10 working days, we ship all over the world with express couriers who deliver in approximately        3-5 working days.

 

• Can I order wallpaper samples of my own designs?

      Yes, you can, for $25 each, including postage. The sample will help you to see if the wallpaper is what you are looking for.

      If you are unsure about the quality of your photo or how the colours will come out, we recommend ordering a sample.

      Samples are in A4 size and can be ordered.

      The samples may vary slightly in colour from print to print.

 

• Can the colours of the subjects be changed?

     Of course, we can also reproduce colours of your choice from international colour swatches such as Nippon, Pantone, etc.

     In any case, it is always better to refer to physical colour palettes as the colours displayed on the screen may not correspond to the

     actual colour rendering and change depending on the monitor.

 

 

Order

 

• Cancelling, Refund, and Returns

      You have the right to cancel your order. Notwithstanding the foregoing, you have no right to cancel an order/contract for the supply of a product made to your specifications or that is clearly personalised. As a general rule, all of our products are made to our customer’s specifications or are clearly personalized. Accordingly, you have no right to cancel an order/a contract.

 

      However, if products ordered are not made to your specifications or clearly personalized, you may cancel the order provided you give us written notice. Notice can be given any time after your order has been placed, up until 3 working days from the day after you received your order. Notice of contract cancellation must be given in writing to: hello@frekkles.co

 

     For orders, we will issue you a full refund including the shipping cost. However, you will need to return the entire order to us by secure means to ensure it reaches us in good condition, at your own cost. Cancelled orders should be returned to:

     In regards to products delivered to Frekkles address:

 

    All items must be returned unused and in their original condition, from the original delivery country. We recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them at our warehouse. In case of dispute, we also recommend you retain the proof of sending. Refunds will be issued within 30 days of us receiving your cancellation notice. If we do not receive the cancelled order back, we will arrange to have it collected from you at your cost.

 

   We accept no liability and are not responsible for incorrectly measured walls, liability for any damage caused to wall surfaces as a           result of the application of products to them, selection of wall, wall surface, application paste (where applicable) as well as finishing methods and defective installation/application.

 

 

Prices & Costs

• Order and buying

      Wherever you place your order, our studio creates the wallpaper tailor to your wishes. You pay your wallpaper online and we dispatch your order within 4 working days to your specified delivery address. Reliable and convenient!

• How much does shipping cost?

     Your order is dispatched from our factory in Singapore with DHL Economy or FedEx Economy and the freight charges are subject to selected countries.

 

• What does a sample print cost?

     If you want samples of wallpapers that you create with your own designs, these cost $25 each.

 

     Print an A4 sample to a scale of 1:1 and are, of course, printed on the same material that we print wallpaper on.

 

• What does it cost to make customized wallpaper?

     For custom made send your inquires to hello@frekkles.co for a quote.

     Note: Please note that the delivery charges do not include import costs and Tax that may be due when the package reaches the country of destination.

• How wide are the lengths?

      The lengths are Non woven 530 mm / Vinyl Fabric 137 mm wide.

 

• What material is the wallpaper printed on?

      Our wallpapers are easy-up wallpapers, which means that we print them on a quality-assured non-woven material.

      Non-woven? This is wallpaper made from wood pulp with added textile fibres to make the wallpaper strong, dimensionally stable

      , and easy to hang, this wallpaper is simple to hang – you paste the wall instead of the paper).

 

• What wallpapers does Frekkles have?

      We have a wide assortment of wallpapers suitable for most applications, feature walls, ceiling, door decoration, glass panel,

      water resistant wallpaper, acoustics, and so on

           

 

 

Hanging

   • Can you provide the installation?

    Frekkles does supply installation within Singapore. We do not directly supply the installation overseas but can put you in contact

    with some craftsmen with whom you can make direct agreements.

 

• What paste should I use?

     To achieve the best results, we recommend using non-woven paste. do not use combination adhesives

 

• What is the best wall treatment to receive wallpaper?

     The easiest way to get good results is by giving your walls a prime coating in the most white colour pattern.
